Lyrical Foundations is designed for adults who are new to lyrical dance or returning after time away and focuses on developing expressive movement while building confidence and body awareness. Built on technical foundations rooted in ballet, dancers will explore flow, musical interpretation, and emotional connection through movement in a supportive and welcoming environment. No previous dance experience is required.

Lyrical Essentials
Designed for dancers with previous experience or those ready to deepen their understanding of the style, Lyrical Essentials builds on technical skills while introducing more intricate movement vocabulary, musicality, and expressive storytelling. Drawing from established technical foundations, dancers will continue developing fluidity, artistry, and emotional connection while exploring choreography that encourages personal interpretation in a supportive and inspiring atmosphere.

Lyrical Accelerated
A dynamic and expressive class for experienced dancers looking to challenge themselves both technically and artistically. Built on strong technical foundations, Lyrical Accelerated emphasizes movement quality, musical nuance, emotional depth, and sophisticated storytelling through choreography. Dancers will explore greater complexity in movement and performance while refining their artistry, expressiveness, and ability to connect with both the music and the audience.
